*NO REFUND policy is in place (no exception). Tickets are not changeable so please select the correct ticket type.  Ticket for 2 adults include tickets for 2. Do not purchase multiple tickets.
*This event takes place in Vancouver, BC, Canada. There is an option to change the country and province/state when entering your address.
*Children 15 years of age and under are free. Please have your student ID ready. Children over 12 do not require an adult with them but it is recommended for safety.

Terms and conditions:
Tickets are non-refundable and not changeable.
Transfer is only available for the entire purchase. No partial transfers (ie. if you buy 6 tickets, all 6 tickets need to be transferred at once).
Ticket can be used on 1 of the days only but you do not need to let us know in advance.

If you purchased more tickets than you need by accident, we can put you on our list so you can use your extra tickets for our future event.

If you did not receive a confirmation email after purchase, but have been charged for it, please come to the event.  Our volunteers at the entrance can search for your name in the system.

If you purchased multiple tickets but some people in your group are coming later, put the ticket holder’s name and the guest’s name on the list at reception on the day of the event.

On the event days, tickets will be available at the reception desk by cash only, or your can purchase online by credit/debit card on this page.
We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to avoid long lines.

Pets are not recommended as our event gets very crowded.
