Children 15 years of age and under are free. Please have your student ID ready. Children over 12 do not require an adult with them but it is recommended for safety.

Tickets are non-refundable and not changeable.
Transfer is only available for the entire purchase. No partial transfers (ie. if you buy 6 tickets, all 6 tickets need to be transferred at once).

Pets are not recommended as our event gets very crowded.
On the event days, tickets will be available at the reception desk by cash only, or online by credit card on this page.
We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to avoid long lines.

If you did not receive a confirmation email after purchase, please check your credit card statement too see if the payment went through.  If it did, please take a screen shot and come see one of our volunteers at the event.  They can help you locate your ticket by searching your name.

If you purchased multiple tickets but some people in your group are coming later, put the ticket holder’s name and the guest’s name on the list at reception on the day of the event.
